3D Structure Simulator --TIGER-3D(TIGER-3D) TIGER-3D simulates 3D structure of a user-specified region of a layout pattern. It is an add-on option of TIGER (2D cross-sectional profile simulator.) [Main Features] Displays cross-section profile real-time. Saves and loads the half-way profile. All functions of TIGER (2D version) is available as is.
3D Viewer --THRUSH(Three-dimensional ULSI Structure Handler ) THRUSH is a easy-to-use viewer for a 3D structure simulated by TIGER-3D. [Main Features] Loads and display a 3D Profile file. Expansion, rotation, viewpoint changing, etc. Displays materials separately, translucently, etc. Cuts out areas, cross-sections.
Simulation area divider (for 3D) --DIVAREA(DIVide AREA for3D ) DIVAREA divides a simulation region of a layout pattern into subregions to save the memory resource. The subregions are simulated seperately and the results are integrated. (3D simulation needs a 3D licence) [Main Features] A user can specify number of division. Combines results of simulation.
3D Capacitance simulator --CAT3D(Capacitance AnalysisTool for 3D) CAT3D simulates capacitances and potential distribution among wires according to the 3D structure simulated by TIGER-3D. [Main Features] A user can specify a region for simulation in the 3D structure. A user can easily match each coupling capacitance corresponding to wires. Cross-sectional potential distributions are displayed according to x, y and z axises. A user can specify positions for cross-section.
